Shipping policy

Every item is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

For our featured mugs, standard shipping estimates after production are:

• United States: approximately 4–11 business days.
• Canada: approximately 12–36 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Other products may have different delivery times. Holidays, customs and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Items may arrive separately. Tracking will be provided when available.
