Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for an incorrectly chosen size, colour or design, except where required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email genxmidlifemugshot@gmail.com promptly, preferably within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, problem and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning anything.

Request cancellations or address corrections immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.

If tracking stops updating or your order passes its estimated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
